Jim Hagen, South Dakota’s Secretary of Tourism since 2011, stopped by the Pioneer Auto Show on Tuesday, August 2. He visited with locals and local business owners about promoting small town businesses and attractions, and discussed ideas to promote tourism to the gems in rural areas.
