It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James (Jim) Thomas Dugan. Jim was born June 25, 1931, in Jones County S.D. and grew up in Murdo, S.D. where he and his siblings attended Jones County High School. Jim passed away on February 21, 2023, at the age of 91. Jim was residing in Angles City, Philippines at the time of his departure from this earth.
Jim was predeceased by his oldest daughter Marlys (Teri) Brannan, parents, LeRoy Dugan, and Florence (Colvin)Dugan, his brothers Merle, Donald, Lawrence (Bob), and his sister Mary Anne Ochs.
Jim is survived by his sons Kent (Nevada), Kelly (Nevada), Patrick (Nevada), and daughter Linda (Iowa).
