Lillian (Keehner) Caughron

Lillian (Keehner) Caughron, age 67, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2016 at the Rapid City Regional Hospital Auxiliary Hospice House.
    Lillian was born on June 6, 1949 at Sturgis, SD to Harold Keehner and Diane (Udager) Keehner. She graduated from Faith High School in 1967. Her first marriage was to Jerry Henrichsen and they had one son, Justin Henrichsen.
    During her lifetime, Lillian worked in the Parts Department at the Ford Dealership, then at Sturdevant’s Auto (formerly Pawnee) where she worked until retirement. She also was a longtime member of the Woman’s Auxiliary at the Eagles Club in Rapid City.
    Lillian married James Caughron on February 29, 1996. Although they were married 20 years, they only celebrated five anniversaries.
    Survivors include her husband, Jim Caughron, one brother, Ole (Linda) Keehner, one son, Justin (Jeane) Henrichsen, two nieces, one nephew, and the lights of her life, her grandson Ian and granddaughter, Emma.
    She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, Nov. 10 at the Eagles Club (1410 E. Centre St.) at 5pm, with service to start at 6pm, with dinner to follow.
    In lieu of flowers memorials will be given to the Eagles Club in Lil’s name.
